Pest & Termite Management Technicians

Our Pest Management Technicians are the face of Dugas Pest Control that our customers see in their homes and businesses.  Responsibilities include making service calls, evaluating pest problems, prescribing appropriate management programs and facilitating the implementation of those programs.  Individuals may service residential or commercial accounts and should have good people skills, self motivation and great communication skills.

Sales Associates

Dugas Pest Control is seeking motivated individuals to join our sales team.  Our sales associates will be responsible for carrying out an individual sales plan which may include outside marketing, as well as fielding in-bound calls from prospective clients. Additionally, they must be skilled at evaluating pest problems, making appropriate pest management recommendations and closing the sale.  No pest management experience required, however, a willingness to learn and become an expert is a necessary quality of the right candidate. Sales skills, self motivation and a positive attitude are important for success in this position.

Management Positions

As Dugas Pest Control continues to grow as we have every year for over 50 years, opportunities for management positions become available. Pest or termite management experience is a plus, although, the right person for the job will have a good attitude and work ethic most importantly. Ability to work with different personality types, enjoying working with people, showing your leadership qualities through setting examples and motivating the team are all characteristics of our most successful managers.
